By using the Spectrum Bot, you agree to the following requirements:

You acknowledge that you can use the bot freely on any Discord Server (Server) you share it with, and that you can invite it to any Server where you have "Manage Server" rights. This privilege may be revoked if you violate the terms or policies of this bot, or the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and/or Community Guidelines of Discord Inc.

Spectrum was created in Switzerland 🇨🇭 and is hosted in the United States 🇺🇸 as a verified Discord Bot. We strive to provide a reliable and efficient service.

Intended Age

The service may not be used by users under the minimum age of 13 unless supervised by a parent or guardian.

We encourage parents to teach children about online safety.

Affiliation

Spectrum is not created by Discord and is not affiliated with Discord.

This means we operate independently and do not represent Discord's Systems.

Liability

If individuals break any rules of this bot, we reserve the right to blacklist their account from our bot.

We reserve the right to prevent any server from inviting Spectrum if it violates any rules or has an inappropriate name. The first punishment is removal for improvement. The second punishment is a server blacklist.

The Terms of Service will be updated regularly. If you do not agree to the Terms, you can kick the bot from your servers to opt out.

Data Collection and Usage

We may collect certain data to improve your experience with the bot. This includes:
